The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. The environment is very serene. The staff were very warm, courteous and caring. The cardiologist was patient, he gave me detailed knowledge of my health condition. I am satisfied with the treatment options given to me. I can recommend them to my friends and family.

Honestly, I have visited hospitals but I must say my experience here was top notch. First impression matters to me a lot and the reception received from the moment I stepped into this facility was great, all the staff were very polite and friendly. I will recommend United Heart Hospital to all my friends and family because here you are treated like family irrespective of who you are. I give them 10 stars if permitted.
