Regular Exercise Decreases Inflammation Heart disease and Depression.

Recent publication in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) magazine of June 27 2018 showed that “people who are more fit have lower rates of inflammation, which contributes to both heart disease and depression.”
#My take is that regular exercise decreases inflammation, heart disease and depression.This is part of the general theme that regular exercise is medicine
